Gourmet Gala menu
Freshly baked white and whole wheat sourdough bread served with herbal oils and a trio of appetizers / roasted eggplant with balsamic vinegar, garlic, and walnuts; smoked fish tartare with egg, capers, chives, and cayenne pepper; feta cream with buffalo cheese, roasted pepper, and Taggiasca olivs – 150 gr.
Festive salad with French goat cheese and Bresaola: Goat cheese gratin served with pomegranate, beetroot, roasted pumpkin, carrot, baby spinach, and pumpkin seeds, topped with a dressing made of honey, Dijon mustard, and miso. Accompanied by skier mousse, ricotta with chives, and beef Bresaola – 250 gr.
Cannoli melanzane with tiger prawns and salmon roe: Cannoli made of grilled eggplant filled with cream cheese, Stracciatella, dried tomatoes, tiger prawns, and fresh herbs, served with salmon roe and a dill and cucumber sauce – 150 gr.
Beef tenderloin Café de Paris: Beef tenderloin served with potato duchess flavored with black truffle and rosemary, red onion and Merlot jam, celery and parsnip mousseline, and Café de Paris sauce – 350 gr.
Triple chocolate, almond, and avocado cake – 120 gr.
New Year’s fortune pie – 100 gr.

Our Stylish Rooms & Suites
All our rooms offer one King size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and in addition most Sea view and Pool side rooms provide an extendable double sofa (1.40 x 1.90 m).
Our one-bedroom suites offer a living room with one Queen size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and an extendable sofa. The bedroom features one Queen size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and Park view.

- Cancellation policy: Free cancellation before 25.11.2024. For changes or cancellations requested after that date 50% cancellation fee shall be applied. Bookings taken after 16.12.2024 require 100 % prepayment at the time of confirmation; 100% cancellation fee for changes and cancellations after 16.12.2024. No refunds for no shows or early checkouts.
Please note that our outdoor seasonal pool will be closed during the winter season, and Hotel Umani does not offer a SPA center.
