Loyalty Club Umani is designed to rewards our biggest fans (previous stay of at least 5 nights is needed in order to apply). Take advantage of these generous benefits offered only to our Club’s members for direct bookings on our website:
- Best rates guarantee: if you find online a lower rate than the rates on hotelumani.bg, we will match it and give you an additional 5% discount;
- 10% discount on all rates on our website, including non-refundable and packages;
- 20% discount in the hotel's restaurants and bars;
- Free of charge early check-in after 10:00 (confirmation by the hotel required);
- Free of charge late check-out until 18:00 (confirmation by the hotel required);
How to Join
Please read these terms and conditions before applying
- All guests who have stayed with us 5 or more nights may apply.
- To become a member you need to register via the form below with a valid e-mail address;
- We will confirm your registration and you will receive a personal promo code, granting you -10% on all rates bookable on https://hotelumani.bg;
- The promo code is personal and may not be transferred to others. However, you can recommend the Umani Club Loyalty Program to up to 3 people per year, who may apply without the requirement of a previous stay. The applicant needs to mention your name in the application form;
- The promo code will be valid for 1 year from the date of applying. It's validity will be extended for each following year if you have used it at least ones in the preceding year;
- The benefits of the program may be used only for direct bookings made at hotelumani.bg;
- Upon registration, you may select to not receive news and promotions from us. If you choose to receive our newsletters, you may opt-out at any time;
- We have the right to modify or cancel the Umani Club Loyalty Program at any time and without prior notice. We may turn down applicants at our discretion, if we believe they would have a negative effect on other guests' stay or the hotel.
